Protocol & Dosing
Use once or twice daily, depending on healing needs and inflammation levels. For acute injury, active inflammation, or gut repair, twice-daily dosing may be used. BPC-157 does not require fasted dosing and may be taken with or without food; many find it easier on the stomach when taken with a meal. BPC-157 is safe for longer-term use, but brief cycling helps maintain responsiveness.
