Protocol & Dosing
Use once or twice daily, depending on energy and cognitive needs. Most people use NAD+ daily, but those sensitive to stimulatory effects may prefer morning-only dosing. NAD+ can be taken with or without food; however, individuals who experience mild nausea or warmth may find it more comfortable to use with a small meal. Safe for long-term use, though taking 1 week off every 8–12 weeks may optimize receptor and mitochondrial responsiveness.
