Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website (the "Site") or our portal (the "Portal"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or Portal.
Our Disclaimer describes important limitations on information, products, and your responsibilities. The Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference, and you agree to it as part of your use of the Site and Portal.
The Site may require you to complete a mandatory legal acknowledgment (including confirmations of eligibility and use restrictions) before you proceed. If you access or use the Site or Portal by circumventing, bypassing, manipulating, disabling, or otherwise evading that process—including, without limitation, by altering or deleting cookies or other client-side storage, using automated or scripted means, or interfering with requests or client-side controls—you represent and warrant that you meet the same eligibility and use requirements the process is designed to establish, and you agree to be bound by the same attestations, acknowledgments, and commitments (and by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer) as if you had completed that process in good faith. Such conduct constitutes your affirmative acceptance of those obligations.
2. Eligibility & Account Access
The Site and Portal are intended solely for licensed researchers, scientific professionals, or qualified institutions (collectively, "professional users") purchasing or inquiring for legitimate research purposes only.
Access to the Portal is limited to approved users.
To request access, you must provide accurate contact information via our "Request Portal Access" form.
If approved, you will receive a one-time sign-up link to create your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
We may suspend, limit, disable, or terminate your Portal account and/or your access to the Site or Portal (including any associated credentials or permissions), with or without cause, with or without prior notice, and at any time, in our sole discretion, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You acknowledge that you may lose access to Portal Content or other materials as a result. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including, without limitation, confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitations of liability) will survive any suspension or termination.
3. Portal Confidentiality; Authorized Access
The Portal may be provided on a limited, invitation-only, preview, or pre-release basis and is not guaranteed to be available to the public or at any particular time. The obligations in this section apply whenever the Portal is offered or accessible.
All non-public information, materials, interfaces, data, documents, communications, and other content made available through the Portal (collectively, "Portal Content") is confidential and proprietary to us or our licensors, or is otherwise subject to use restrictions. You will hold Portal Content in strict confidence, use it only for your own authorized purposes in connection with your approved Portal account, and protect it using no less than reasonable care (and no less than the degree of care you use to protect your own similar confidential information).
You must not probe, scan, test, or attempt to access the Portal, Portal Content, or related systems without valid authorization, or by any means other than the interfaces and credentials we expressly provide—including, without limitation, by exploiting vulnerabilities, using another person's credentials, credential stuffing, or automated means not expressly permitted by us in writing.
You must not publicly disclose, publish, post, broadcast, or otherwise share Portal Content, or derivatives such as screenshots, transcripts, summaries, or recordings of Portal Content, except (i) as we expressly authorize in writing, or (ii) to the extent disclosure is strictly required by applicable law (in which case you will, where lawful, provide reasonable advance notice so we may seek a protective order or equivalent remedy). Unauthorized access to or disclosure of Portal Content may violate applicable law as well as these Terms.
