Protocol & Dosing

Use 1–2 times per day, depending on injury severity, inflammation levels, and recovery goals. For acute injuries or high physical stress, higher and more frequent dosing may be appropriate. TB-500 does not require fasted dosing and is equally effective with or without food, and is very well tolerated intranasally in extended cycles with brief breaks to maintain responsiveness.
