Protocol & Dosing
Use once daily, either morning or evening. During periods of high immune demand (travel, illness exposure, recovery, high stress), dosing may be temporarily increased. TA-1 does not require fasted dosing and may be taken with or without food, and is suitable for longer-term use when properly cycled.
Cycles
- Use for 8–12 weeks
- Take 1 week off after each cycle to maintain immune sensitivity and responsiveness
